LAS VEGAS (November 14, 2018)- Rising lightweight contender Ladarius Miller (17-1, 5 KOs) is preparing for his return to the ring when he faces Dominican Republic’s Ricardo Garcia (14-3-1, 9 KOs) in a 10-round lightweight showdown that will caption another episode of Mayweather Promotions’ Sin City Showdown on December 7th from Sam’s Town Live in Las Vegas. Miller is coming off of a recent unanimous decision victory over Dennis Galarza back on August 3, 2018. Leading up to the main attraction of the night is a lineup of talented prospects all in separate bouts, for a Friday night of guaranteed non-stop action from inside Sam’s Town Live, home of Mayweather Promotions’ Sin City Showdown cards.

The co-main event action will feature emerging prospect Xavier Martinez (12-0, 8 KOs) fighting out of Sacramento, CA facing off against Mexico’s Arturo Santos-Reyes (19-10, 5 KOs). The Sin City showdown card will also feature former WBC champion Ava Knight (16-2-4, 5 KO’s), undefeated Leduan Barthelemy (13-0-1, 7 KOs), hard-hitting Sanjarbek Rakhmanov (10-1-1, 5 KOs), unbeaten former Olympian Richardson Hitchins (6-0, 3 KOs), super flyweight prospect Dylan Price (7-0, 5 KOs), undefeated knockout artist Rolando Romero (6-0, 5 KOs), and talented super lightweight prospect Kenny Robles (3-1, 2 KOs) all in separate bouts.

“We’re bringing the fans one more great night of boxing from Sam’s Town Live before we close the books on this year, said Leonard Ellerbe, CEO Mayweather Promotions.” “This platform that we’ve established with our Sin City Showdown fights at this venue is working out well, as it gives our rising prospects a platform to build their careers and ultimately be in position to step up to bigger opportunities. Every fighter on this stacked card will look make a statement and put on a show for those in attendance on December 7th.”

The once-beaten 25-year-old Miller hasn’t looked back since defeat and has since gone on a win streak of 8 wins with 4 of them coming by way of knockout. His most recent victory came by way of unanimous decision over Dennis Galarza on August 3rd of this year.  This rising contender is looking to showcase the skills and IQ in the ring that he’s continued to expand upon since turning pro in 2014. Miller is looking to add another win to his record to close out the year and his focus on doing just that.

“Training camp has been going good, says Miller.” “I am working hard and looking forward to my upcoming fight on December 7th, and I’m ready to get back in the ring and put on a show.”

Dominican Republic Native, Ricardo Garcia (14-3-1, 9 KOs) will be making his return to the ring for his 6th bout in the U.S. when he matches up with the slick southpaw Ladarius Miller on December 7th at Sam’s Town Live. Garcia is looking to bounce back after facing adversity earlier in his short career and losing his 14-fight winning streak. Garcia’s recent bout on August 10th vs. Tyrone Crawley ended in a majority draw. Garcia is prepared to make some noise in Las Vegas when he steps into the ring.

“So far, the training is going very well, shares Garcia.” “I’ve been putting a lot of work in at the gym.” “When fight night comes I’ll be ready to put on a spectacle and go out the big door.”

At just 21 years old, Xavier Martinez exhibits an impressive record of (12-0, 8KOs). The Lightweight prospect is resilient, and his skill set is undeniable. His return to the ring this past April earned him a 2nd round TKO victory over his opponent. He is coming off a recent 6th round

TKO victory over Oscar Bravo on September 22nd. Martinez remains focused and determined to continue knocking down any opponent he is faced with as he prepares to take on his next challenging opponent who has never been knocked out in his career, Arturo Santos-Reyes.

“Training camp is going good, I’m continuing to push myself harder and harder every day, says Martinez.” “I want to end 2018 with a great performance and I hope after this fight I can go into 2019 with bigger and better things to come in my career.”

Fighting out of Sonora, Mexico, former Olympian Arturo Santos-Reyes (19-10, 5 KOs) will be returning to Sam’s Town Live to face unbeaten Xavier Martinez. Santos has built his career fighting steep competition, going the distance with champions Hozumi Hasegawa, Fernando Montiel, and Abner Mares. The Mexican lightweight is coming off of a split decision loss against Matt Conway on July 8th. Reyes has never been knocked out in his career and will look to face a tough challenge against Martinez on December 7th.

“Camp has been going very well, always working hard, shares Reyes Santos.” “I’m in great shape and prepared for fight night.”
