Mayweather Promotions Helps the Box Fan Invitational Participants Win Big at 4th Box Fan Expo Event

LAS VEGAS, NV (September 18, 2018) Mayweather Promotions had the honor of joining The Fernando Vargas Fighting Foundation at the Las Vegas Convention Center this past weekend in support of the Inaugural Invitational that took place in conjunction with the Box Fan Expo. The expo captured the attention of fight fans from near and far, as the event saw its biggest turnout to date with more than 3,500 fans in attendance from numerous parts of the globe.
The Inaugural Invitational was comprised of 15 bouts where top seeded USA Boxing amateurs from various states including: Nevada, Utah, California, Arizona, Illinois, and North Dakota got the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of thousands of expo attendees. Each winner received a Title championship belt and a custom medal. All participants were winners, as they left with a t-shirt courtesy of Mayweather Promotions and boxing gear (gloves and head gear) was gifted to them from adidas Boxing. Two participants were also selected by adidas Boxing to receive a one-year equipment sponsorship.
Mayweather Promotions was also proud to make their 3rd appearance at the Box Fan Expo event to host fighter meet & greets, bring fans an exclusive pop-up shop experience featuring The Money Team (TMT) and Mayweather Sports (MWS) brands, and a photo booth. This year’s attendees included: Cameron Krael, Ava Knight, Angelo Leo, Sanjar Rakhmahnov, Rolando Romero, Andrew Tabiti, Sharif Bogere, Ronald Gavril, Kevin Newman, Andres Cortes, Lanell Bellows, and Lionell Thompson.
